These rules apply to all members of the Eureka Roleplay Discord server.

Community Behaviour

• Respect all members and staff at all times.
• No harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech.
• No spamming, trolling, or intentionally disruptive behaviour.
• Keep discussions in the appropriate channels.
• No NSFW content anywhere in the server.

Communication Rules

• No excessive pinging of staff or members.
• No advertising other communities or servers without permission.
• Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Voice Channels

• No ear‑rape, soundboards, or intentionally loud audio.
• Use push‑to‑talk if your background noise is disruptive.
• Do not join channels to provoke or antagonise others.

These rules apply to all gameplay within the Eureka Roleplay RedM server.

General Roleplay Standards

• Remain in character at all times while in‑game.
• No RDM (Random Deathmatch) or VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch).
• Value your character’s life realistically at all times.
• No metagaming or powergaming.
• No exploiting game mechanics or abusing bugs.

Crime & Combat Rules

• Robberies must be properly initiated and roleplayed.
• Hostage situations require negotiation and realistic escalation.
• No superhuman actions or unrealistic shootouts.
• Criminal activity must be grounded in the setting and era.
• Law enforcement must follow escalation and use‑of‑force guidelines.

Wildlife & Environment

• No mass hunting or unrealistic animal behaviour.
• Respect protected areas and wildlife laws.
• No exploiting animal spawns or AI behaviour.

These policies apply to all members of Eureka Roleplay and outline how we operate as a community.

Refund Policy

All purchases, donations, and contributions to Eureka Roleplay are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless required by law.

Data Collection & Privacy

We collect only the information required to operate the server and maintain community safety, including:
• Discord ID
• Steam/RedM identifiers
• In‑game logs and actions
• Moderation and ban history

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is used solely for moderation, security, and server functionality.

Ban & Appeal Policy

Staff reserve the right to remove players who break rules or disrupt the community. All bans may be appealed through the official appeals portal. Decisions made by Senior Staff are final.

Community Conduct

All members must treat others with respect both in‑game and on Discord. Toxicity, harassment, or targeted abuse will not be tolerated.

Age Requirement

Eureka Roleplay is a 16+ community. Players found to be underage will be removed until they meet the requirement.

Staff Expectations

Staff must remain professional, unbiased, and respectful at all times. Abuse of power or failure to follow staff guidelines may result in removal.
