Why We Collect This Information

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain identifiers and moderation data as long as necessary to maintain community safety. Ban records may be kept indefinitely.

All purchases made through the Eureka Roleplay store are considered digital contributions that support the server’s development and maintenance.

Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds unless required by law.

Chargebacks

Any chargeback will result in an automatic permanent ban until resolved.

Delivery of Digital Goods

• Perks are delivered automatically or by staff within 24–72 hours
• If a perk is missing, contact support with proof of purchase

Loss of Perks

Perks may be removed if a player is banned for serious rule violations.

Changes to Perks

We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove perks at any time for gameplay fairness.

Players may voluntarily contribute assets such as YMAPs, scripts, textures, or other creative work to Eureka Roleplay.

Ownership

• You retain original ownership of your work
• By submitting a contribution, you grant Eureka Roleplay a permanent license to use it
• This includes modification, optimization, and integration

Usage Rights

• We may use your contribution in‑game, on the website, or in promotional material
• We may modify the contribution for performance or compatibility
• Credit may be given but is not required

Removal Requests

You may request removal unless:

• The contribution is heavily modified
• It is deeply integrated into server systems
• Its removal would break gameplay or stability

Liability

• You must only submit work you own or have rights to use
• You are responsible for ensuring your contribution does not infringe on third‑party rights
• Eureka Roleplay is not liable for disputes arising from unauthorized contributions

Submission Process

• Submit contributions through the appropriate Discord channel
• Staff will review and approve or deny the submission
• Approved contributions may be added in a future update
